What's the voltage on the new battery and/or who makes the starter? New battery could be discharged or new starter could be defective, junk isn't just describing Chinese boats anymore.

    05 pickup, 6 cyl, turns over, will not start. Replaced fuse box, no help.

    It doesn't do this all the time but sometimes it will not turn over. Leave it alone for about an hour and it will start right up. What can this be?
