Question type: Maintenance & Repair

i have code p0171 and p1391 an o2 sensor and camshaft sensor i believe.
the o2 sensor is not used during cold start. after about 8 minutes of half
pedal i can idle it down and it will idle without any issues i can also turn the
engine off and it will start right back up fine for about 45 minutes after. if the
truck cools off long enough i have to hold the pedal down again but not
floored. just about 50% to keep it from stalling out. all the vacuum lines look
to be in good shape.

Has the throttle body been cleaned lately? How bout the idle air control valve? Look at the live data on your scanner. Fuel trims...long n short/ O2 sensors up n downstream/ intake air temp compared to outside air temp...and last but not least...what does the throttle position sensor say when moving the gas pedal?

i will check voltage right after work. is it supposed to be 0.5v with no pedal pushed? and how much voltage wide open? i dont know if this helps but when warming it up i can gradually take my foot off the pedal as it gets closer to hot. i just cleaned the throttle body and iac but no help.
