Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Will a 1996 doge ram 5,2 transmission
work on a 1996 doge ram 5.9 liter

40

Be sure to check your torque converters I know that previously a 360 was an externally balanced engine and a 318 was an internally balanced engine meaning that the 360 converter had a big weight on the flywheel and its 3:18 did not other than that they're all the same transmissions and Bell Health patterns just depending whether you have OverDrive or not and it's electronic shift for overdrive and lock up or not
