Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Hey guys need some help my 96 ram 1500 tranny
seems to be the issue. Recently whenI taking off
from a dead stop I noticed it takes more gas and
more engine revs in prder to get rolling. It almost
feels like I'm hooked up to a boat or trailer. Could
this be a bad tranny. I have had a code for lower o2
sensor since the previous owner removed the
catalytic conv. Can it be a computer error stuck
need some advice here

Maybe you just need to tune up the engine. If the truck is taking off in 2nd gear it would feel sluggish. If this is the case, take it to a good transmission shop.
