overdrive problems

When my truck reaches 40mph-65mph, it shakes
really bad. Am i able to fix this without having to
replace the whole tranny?

Pls help me to fix this problem and i pray that it can be done with least amount of cost.

it could just be something minor like a miss doesn't necessarily mean tranny problems trying doing a tune up
