1995 dodge ram crank no start

So i have a 1995 dodge ram 1500 with a 5.9 and it
dosent want to start. It was running then died... I
let it sit and started back up then would die around
210 f...

I swapped out the coil pack, crank shaft position
sensor, plugs, wires, distributor cap, pick up coil,
ignition switch, computer. ( i also heard a small
whinning comming from the computer ) someone
said that sounds like a bad ground... Anyone have
any ideas it is really messing with me this is my
personal truck. Also i do have a shop at my
disposal if anyone can help

So i fixed my truck thanks to the power probe tek team ..... The ground on the pasanger side of the truck under the ac was corroded... I also swapped out my pcm.... I would suggest cycling the ignition three times to see what codes pop up i got a12 a 54 a 27 and a 55.... 12 was battery was unplugged in the last 50 times 54 was the cam shaft position sensor and 27 was tps i unplugged it pluged it back in and reset the computer by holding ground to positive .... Un plugged from the battery .... 55 means end of cycle
