95 dodge

OK I have a 95 dodge 1500 it's got the 5.2. Truck
runs fine everyday. Till it rains. It starts running like
it's running out of gas. I've changed just about
everything but the bearings in the bottom end,
every sensor, plugs, wires, distributor cap, pick up
coil, rotor bug, fuel pump, coil pack, timing chain
and gears. Only does it when it rains. Am I missing
something or what somebody help me out. Please
