I have 1995 dodge 1500 w/no power to the plug for the coil

Asked by jyoungon Dec 18, 2011 at 09:17 PM about the 1995 Dodge RAM 1500 ST Club Cab 4WD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Have changed out,crank sensor,cam sensor,rotor,cap,
have power to all other plugs,map,ox,throttle,water,exhaust,
but still no power to plug for coil. Help

Check your Ignition fuse....not sure which block it's in, you should have two: one under the hood and one inside the truck. AFAIK, The coil should have one constant-hot side with the key on, and it cycles the ground to induce a spark.
