i have a 95 ram 1500 5.9l that keeps blowing the door pannel 10 amp fuse

my truck died on the side of the road because it blew a 10 amp fuse labeled as
an engine fuse so i put another one in and it kept blowing every fuse i put in it. i
have already changed the interrior wiring harness and i am still having the
same problem. any advice would be great

Also I have checked the dis box to seeif that fuse blew or not but it hasn't
