How to clean the throttle body

I had a problem with the truck stalling so I took the air controll module and cleaned and it
worked for a while and then stated stalling again. I bought a new module and it dosen't
help. So how deo I clead the trottle body, should I take it and clean it or is there
something I can use to spray clean it?

Thanks guys, I will take it off and clean it as soon as the weather warms a bit.
