Have a 94 Dodge 4X4 and want to buy a 97 4X4.  Can I exchange parts

For the most part yes, however, when swapping I would refer to the owners manual of each, online, or something like a Chilton's manual to ensure that the part numbers are correct. Of course, if the 94 is a V6 and the 97 is a V8 and vice versa, you may also encounter some issues with swapping, likewise, on an auto vs manual transmission. Best of luck!

Then you are good to go man! Hit me up if you have any questions, The Ram wasn't really changed until the 1998 model year. I am particularly familiar with the 318cu V8. Best of luck!
