Engine stalled and now won't crank over.

My 2003 Chevy S-10's engine stalled while pulling into a parking lot.  I was able to coast to a space and
put in park.  The engine will not crank over in park or neutral.  The battery power is fine.  Any Ideas?

OR a new ignition switch.My 2000 model did same thing.It requires removal of the air bag and steering wheel.
