there should be a relay under there also. if it is good check for 12v power at headlight connectors.
I checked the fuses I have power it runs everywhere but the headlamps will not come on I have a brand new relay still nothing
checked all fuses in cab and underhood, checked headlights blubs good, also drl do not come only the marker lights
