What do I need to fix when the computer reads: open connection injector #3

2001 Chevy S10 4 cyl. 5 speed. It has no get up and go. Takes forever to get up to speed limit.

open means no connection or open circuit in injector three is the third fuel injector does it shake like it has a misfire
