Won't start

My egr tube on my 01 s10 extreme 4.3 broke a few
days ago. I had a family issue come up so I put it
on the back burner. Now I have replaced it and my
truck will turn over but won't start.

If the unit cranks, I would check around see if you knocked something loose.
