Truck not running

I replaced the spider injection system and it
started once and ran but as soon as I gave it
gas it just immediately died

Did you check fuel pressure? key on engine off, 60--66 psi. Any applicable trouble codes? I'd want to check your fuel trims to see if running rich or lean. Might be other issues?
