99 chevy 2.2 has smoke coming out of valve cover hose, filling up the air housing with oil

The oil filler has no blowby, runs OK, but there's pressure and smoke coming out of the
tube on top of valve cover, Does this have a PCV ? Or should i say does it have a
serviceable PCV & is that the problem? Thanks for all the info guy's

The PCV pulls air from crankcase from intake manifold vacuum, through PCV valve, and re-enters from a clean source, usually the air filter. If your crankcase is pressurized, with air/smoke coming OUT, something is very wrong. Probably blow-by from piston rings. The PCV valve function is to keep the flow in one direction,

Why wouldnt I have the same at the filler tube/dipstk? and what causes this ?

Now that's a good question, that I don't have an answer for. If the crankcase really is pressurized, it would be coming from both oil filler cap (unless it's a sealed type), it may not be like the image, and draws in from the filler with steel-wool as a filter. And the dipstick. That is a mystery to me...and the only way I know that a crankcase can get pressurized is a head gasket or ring blow-by. My answer is very generic, GM not my specialty....hopefully somebody will see this thread and add to or flat correct me.
A new PCV valve is under $5 and very easy to replace, sure wouldn't hurt to try a new one

WOW!!, Now im at a loss, if this is the case im in trouble cause the air is smoke and lots of oil in there, cant be good for the cyls, this isn't s 2 stroke, Is it !!? There's supposed to be a PCV valve of sorts inside the valve cover built in to the top side, the length of the cover. not sure if its serviceable, any ideas ?
