2001 Chevy cavalier steering column replacement

I change the steering column out of a 2001 Chevy
cavalier and it still will not start all the lights come
on dash interior and everything and when I turn the
key on to start it it's like the gas gauge it shuts
down meaning there's no fuel fuel pumps not being
turned on how do I go about starting a car and
fixing that problem? Need help please

It has to be programmed that’s why

Turn the key over 1 time let sit 10 minutes then repeat 2 more times it should start then
