don't know why my chevy s10 blazer is hard to start, misfires after replacing bad distributor

Replaced distributor/rotor on 1998 Chevy S10 Blazer V6 4.3l and now timing is off.  Hard to start, misfires when finally starting runs rough not sure what to do?

Timing is another issue, not going to cause it to run rough. You may have a fuel pressure issue. Should check the fuel pressure, it should be 56 to 63 lbs. Do a bleed down test since a gauge is hooked up, just watch the gauge to see if it holds fuel pressure. Pressure should not drop more than 5 lbs in three min.
