I have a 98 s10 2.2l with a nv1500 there is a load squealing coming from the trans when I shift into first and attempt too take off I've replaced the trans the slave the master the clutch the pilot

Sounds like your Pressure Plate and or Fork may not be aligned ! Let us know what you find out, ok?
