I have 2.2 S-10 motor but I have fuse block for 4.3 vortex v6 should they be compatible is there a certain way I map relays and fuses to make work reason I believe it should is because they are ident.

I am not sure what you are asking, is this thing running? Long as the plugins fit there designated sensors, as long as the fuse box is a factory install, leave it alone. If nothing is matching up because of motor swap, then you need to replace the wiring, fuse box, & the OBD1 pcm.
