Outside mirror stay nut size 1997 S10?

Replacing mirror, no nuts for new mirror,
1997 S 10 extended cab.  Nut size?

Best bet is to take the mirror to a hardware store so you can match up the right size nut. Should cost you under a $1.

Found the answer on YouTube! Takes a 10mm socket. But, has an integral lock washer. Thanks everybody for your thoughtful suggestions.
