These vehicles have a know problem with the spider injector assembly. I had to change mine when I had the random misfire code at aproximatley 140,000 miles. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LrPrPUgNLf0Ran like new after. Image and video:

I did change it 3 months ago along with distributer and plugs and wires. I changed egr yesterday it did improve the performance but it's still reading 300 random misfire and maf and map sensor. Do u think all this has went out at once? And do you think because of some of these issues possibly my plugs have been wore down

Would not hurt to change out the plugs. One or more could have fouled out. Have you replaced the crankshaft position sensor? You may want to do a compression test on the cylinders as well while you have the plugs out. How many miles are on the engine?

It says 330,000 but the person I bought it from says it's rebuilt but idk if that's the truth

If it's lost compression wouldn't it run poorly all the time? My truck only does bad at an idle now and I unplugged my maf on the way home today and it did seem like it did better but I dnt get why it's a little harder to crank when I put a new egr on it does that mean anything to you?
