Ran out of gas put more gas in it now it
barley wants to Run especially when I let off
the cluth, it acts like its about to run out and

Start with fuel pressure test. Go to auto zone and rent gauge. Google what ur pressure should b. Guessing Probably bout 50-60 lbs. Check idle control solenoid. Start there?
