2001 chevy blazer turn over

Hi my 2001 chevy blazer wont even turn over I pulled and
replaced the starter on it then replaced the ignition switch
and wiring harness and still nothing any ideas on what it
could be?

The neutral safety/clutch switch or a battery cable are next in line. The neutral switch may be incorporated into the transmission range switch. Do this jumper from the starter battery stud to the "S" terminal on the solenoid, if the engine cranks the battery cables are good and you can concentrate on the neutral switch. I hope this helps.
