Front part lamps and rear tail lamps, get voltage from the same source. If the park lights don't work front or rear, did you check park lamps fuse, in fuse box, hot all the time, you can use a test light to check voltage at the fuse. Voltage for the park lamps run through the headlamp switch. Brown wire from headlamp switch should carry voltage for park lamps. For the park lamps, the black wire is ground. Could be wiring circuit problem from headlamp switch to park lamps?
