I don't know what all testing you've done? Battery has a full charge, connections all good? Engine cranking, you have spark at the plugs? I don't know engine vin? One vin is tbi fuel injection, the other is the spider fuel system and the fuel pressure specs are different. What is the fuel pressure spec? If fully obd1 compliant, any applicable trouble codes? For tbi fuel injector, the voltage wire should be pink, the other wire should be ground controlled by the computer. If the computer doesn't see rpm signal, it won't ground the fuel injector/s. From the ignition module, purple wire with white tracer sends rpm signal from ignition module to pcm. Engine cranking, that signal is dc pulse. If nothing there, the computer won't ground fuel injectors. Just my opinion. You may be right about pcm? I can't see anything from here.
