How do I replace the rear differential

Assuming you don't want to replace the entire rear end (axles and all) then you have to open the differential and replace the gears inside it, and the best tool for that is a repair manual. YT videos might help you understand the process, but nothing beats having a manual with torque specs and a thorough step by step process.
