Replacing my blown 4.3 vortec with a 305 chevy v8?

I have a 1982 cj8 scrambler with a 4.3 vortec from a 1991 s10 blazer and it is
blown . I have a chevy 305 TBI from a 1989 camaro . Will the computer from
the 4.3 work for the 305 ? Any help is greatly appreciated . Thank you all.

You will need the correct computer for the V8. The one you have is for a 6!
