Trouble starting

I turn the key and my truck clicks once and won't
start.  All my lights work but still had someone give
me a jump still won't start

Possible bad starter.

Can to tell me where that is please

The starter motor is where the engine and transmission come together down low. You should be able to see if from under your car.

A question like IDK automatically sends you to a garage. BTW ,, many insurance companies will provide a tow as part of your policy
