Brake/head light

Have a 2001 chevy blazer. When it is off and push
the break the head/taillights and dash all light up.

Your lower brake lites are wired through the multifunction switch, some of the other issues may involve the multifunction switch also or wiring? Sometimes if lamps are acting crazy, I check grounds, but, because the multifunction switch is involved, I mentioned it. Just my opinion.
