How do I replace a 2001 Chevy blazer oil pan gasket.

You will have to remove the motor mount bolts. The 2 long ones and use an engine hoist to lift it as high as you can. Make sure and remove the distributor cap too to keep from busting it against the firewall.

You will have either 2 or 4 bolts in the bottom of the timing cover that need removed. No need for timing cover removal.
