Loud Grinding Noise

I have a 2001 Chevy Blazer 2WD that makes a loud
grinding noise when driving at any speed and grinds
terribly when braking. I’ve replaced the wheel hubs and
bearings, rotors and brake pads on the front left and right.
Any idea what else this could be?
