no crank no start no dashboard lights on a 2000 Honda CRV

When I turn my ignition switch to the ACC position I have no dashboard lights.
When I turn it to the ON position it will not turn over.  I have no power.  I had the battery, fuses, starter, alternator checked. Everything is good.  I cannot get my car to start at all. Any ideas
