the standard complaint of downshifting out of overdrive when I to a slight hill, accentuated at 70 mph and not really being able to hold speed at that mph.  obviously a vaccum problem. does it mean I have to replace the vacuum reservoir and/or the vacuum actuator?  I find not vacuum a leak.

this isn't obviously a vacuum problem - though it could be a cause. you may have a loss of compression in your engine, and your engine is no longer getting the power it needs.
