High mount brake light

Asked by Revodrewtion Jan 10, 2020 at 12:35 PM about the 1998 Honda CR-V EX AWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My third brake light doesn't work. My regular brake
lights work fine and I've replaced the bulb and still
nothing. Wondering if there's a specific fuse for the
high mount light?

No, the lower brake lites and hi mount get voltage from the same source. Sometimes you can use a test lite at bulb socket to check voltage and ground. Of course, I can't see anything from here. Can you see wiring for bulb socket? Green wire with white tracer is voltage, black wire is ground.
