My heads lights quit working. Not a fuse

I have high beam but not low seams to be in fuse box on right side of truck 2010 f350 6.4

Mine went out like that. only had high beams. No low or fog. It was the second of two turn signal switches I had to replace.(2nd was warranty) I checked fuses and even bought as new light switch but that didn't help
