Chevy venture 2002 won't start won't crank

I have a 2002 chevy venture van when I turn
the key it don't crank or start had replaced
the computer and the steering column and
still nothing and the battery is brand new
and fully charged before we even installed it
so we have no idea where to even start at
with this.... help!!!

if that doesn't work take the starter off and take it to a parts house and get it bench tested

I aont got the money to get it tested is there a way to test at home or try to by pass it to see if that's the problem?
take it to autozone they will test it for free another question when you replaced the computer did you have the unit programmed and also had the keys programmed both are required as the keys have a chip in them
i am havingbh the same problem i ai lost my keys had to replace bthe anti thwft modual and key switch and wireing harnes but still will not do anything
