Back Windows will not go down

2002 Trailblazer LT. Both back
windows will not move. I can hear
the motor in both and I'm pretty
sure the regulator on both r
working, I can hear them moving up
and down

I think you need to pull the panel and replace the regulator or find out what the problem is , I wouldn't use the switch the window may drop then you'll have to fix it or drive around with plastic bags on them , and no one wants that

Thanks for ur reply.. Going to check it out here in a few hours when it warms up. Is it possible that both rear regulators would go bad at same time

you can check fuses or if the master and each do the same thing but you said you could hear the motor , like I said if it drops in it's track you will be S.O.L.
