Service engine soon light code says replace cooling fan wiring harness

I would like to know what a fan cooling wiring harness looks like and how hard to fix the service engine soon light is on but car does not overheat when starting car roars and fan speed is fast but after running for the noise lessens when I step on gas roars a little also 4wd will not engage what is your thoughts on this thank you

4wd is a different issue. It's referring to your fan clutch, the connector is on the drivers side hooked into the fan shroud. Just check the connector and the wires, if all good, it's probably your fan clutch assembly that needs to be looked at. Normally when the fan clutch goes, it's loud all the time. Or will do it intermittently when it's not supposed to. Pretty common for the I6 engine.
