Check the wiring harness that is attached to the fan shroud on the drivers side. Little black plastic piece that it's attached to.
Forgot about something. Swap fan relay #45 with HDM relay #46 under the hood, delete the code, see if it comes back. Process of elimination, and it's free.
I I have p1481 code on trailblazer I remplace the fan clutch but still have the same problem I es to know if can help me to finde fix the problem please ?
