there is an emergency switch that shuts off the fuel supply...it's near the footwell or on some kick panel...push the red button to energize the fuel system~ this is if you accidentally tap the bumper..all fuel will be shut down~

well you know as well as I, the components are air, fuel and spark...and timing (if this is a worn motor)~ apparently you've fuel pressure...you could test by pressing the shroeder valve~ and if it sprays, you got pressure...check spark by un-doing one of the plugs and with a screwdriver put where the plug was and push against the ground (a strut bolt is good)~ and voila...a spark....then you could check air flow to see if the filter is plugged...the PCV to make sure that it rattles~ think that's all I got~ good luck~

have to suggest this, but a can of "starting spray" might cough your way into idling~

just had the same issue the guy who owned my truck before me had the ficm off and broke a clip so over time the plug came out which stopped my injectors from firing. so maybe try checking the plugs to make sure there plugged fully in

I've got an 2007 F350 6.0L that will crank but won't start. everything was fine with it and running fine prior. I've tested the ICP =1600, FICM = 48.5V, FICM SYNC =1, and IRP = 52 at cranking that all tested fine but still won't start, emptied the fuel tank thinking it may be contaminated and replaced both motorcraft fuel filters and added fresh diesel fuel. If I spray ether staring fluid after glow plugs stop cycling the vehicle stars and seems to run fine while i keep spraying the intake. I also replaced the FICM power supply but the issue remains it tries to start but it doesn't. Batterie(s) Voltage are good no codes don't know what else to check. any ideas on what else to try would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
