Power window will not go up.

My passenger side power window will only go
down. I replaced both driver and passenger
switch. Still only goes down. I purchased a new
regulator and motor and plugged it in and get the
same results, it will only power it down. What else
can it be?

Probably a broken wire within the door boot between the drivers door and the A pillar. The window motors are DC and operate on reverse polarity to go up and down. Sometimes one squeeze and jiggle the boot with the door open while pushing the button and it will momentarily work. If it does, you've found the fatigued wire.
