Not without a lot of retrofitting.

Maybe but you won't pass smog check and I doubt the computer is compatible with the older engine.

I have a 2006 Ford F150 with the 5.4 Triton 3 valve, I am replacing all the timing system, and oil pump with a high volume pump, so I bought the ford racing M-6600-f46 pump. I was told that it can run this oil pan dry and mess up the engine. does anyone know anything about this?
