Gear location

I have a 2005 Ford F-150 King Ranch 4X4 super crew with
only 71000 miles. It was totaled it in a wreck. I would like
to use all of my mechanical parts and interior in another
super crew truck. I found a F150 XLT but the gear is on
the steering column. How can I convert the gear over to
use my interior being that my gear is attached to the
console. What would be the difference between the
XLT,Lariat,and King Ranch for the years of 2004-2007
F150 super crew

The difference between the XLT, Lariat and KR and only cosmetic, no mechanical differences. The shifter location should not make an difference at all.
