I acadently sparked a wire trying to fix my
electric seat now it seems I have fried
something I have lights. No fire or click
even to the ignition. And I can't get it out of
park

Also befor some one askes I have checked all fuses in the cab and smelled fried electric under my hood.

My 2003 will not come out of park if it has a totally dead battery. Built that way. Obviously you burned through a wire or fuse. begin looking around.
