My ford f-150 idles rough and cuts off

I have 2004 f-150 5.4.  It idles really rough and
when it cuts off after 1 to 5 minutes all you have to
wait for about 30 minutes before you can start
again.  Two codes come up on obm 2. It is misfire
on 2 and o2 sensor.
