Brake pedal goes to floor after twice installing a reman master cylinder. Does the brake
booster have anything to do with this, or did I get two bad Master cylinders in a row?

Did you bench bleed the master cylinder? Most need to be bench bled to remove the air, then the brakes need to be bled also.

Pedal goes to the floor. Car has to be thrown into park position in order to stop
