I have a 2004 f150. It is running like crap. When you give it a little gas it just spits and spudders and bogs way down. Any ideas what may be wrong??

Anyone know why some of the the 2 valve 5.4L gas engines have cam phaser issues and some of them don't. Seems to be a common problem?

Poor service maintenance on engines cause oil passages to phasers to plug up. Thus they go bad practiruining entire engine. 5.4 2v didnt have this problem
