No start

03 f150 2wd, won't start, battery has @12 volts, no
voltage drop when truck key is turned to start.
Nothing powers up. Fuses look good. It does  
nothing like the battery is dead. It won't turn over.
Any suggestions?

Be sure to double check all GROUND cables and wires check the starter connections close. try adding direct 12 volts to starter use the proper equipment or remove the starter and have it tested. When you did the voltage drop you didn't even lose .02 volts? disconnect the battery and check the positive power to the starter for VERY high resistance.
